For the provision of finance in over 45 countries so that people can buy holiday homes, investment and retirement properties, John Charcol and Conti Financial Services have entered into an exclusive partnership.

This would now mean that Conti Financial Services will be the only overseas mortgage provider that Charcol will recommend to the people who show interest in buying property abroad.

According to Conti, even after the prevailing conditions of the credit crunch in the market, the market overseas to buy property still has a life in it. With its partnership with John Charcol, an increased number of people will be able to find better mortgage options to buy property in other countries.
