Debts Putting People Under Severe Stress
02 February, 2009
It has been revealed that a 22 year old man turn out to be so desperate due to the pressure of debt on loans that he hanged himself when demands begun coming in.
Roofer Dominic Eustace struggled with debts of £25,000 on unsecured loans online that his family believes may have accumulated in compound interest in less than two years from just £2,000.
Mr. Eustace, from Falmouth, Cornwall, was discovered hanged in his bedroom by his grief-stricken father, Andrew, just before 10pm on October 15 last year.
It has been revealed that in order to cope with the emergency needs he entailed unsecured loans online, but he didn't able to managed the higher interest rate attached with these loans and taken such big step.
According to mother-of-three Mrs. Eustace, a bakery manager, "I think something needs to be done about how they can just offer unsecured loans online to young people.
"We just can't understand how he was ever qualified for any loans; he seems to have been able to entail a series of them, mainly to pay back previous loans.
His mother added that "We all loved him so much and he never told his family or anyone about his debt. I am horrified banks and lending agencies were able to give Dominic these unsecured loans online."
It's not only him who was under so much pressure and taken such a horrible step leaving his family alone and depressed forever. Many young people are applying for unsecured loans online in order to meet with their financial requirements which are unlimited. Banks and financial institutions have made the criteria for approval of loans so easy that made young people opting for such loans, in spite of the fact that they are unable to tackle with the higher interest clause.
